You can upload photos of empty rooms, partially furnished rooms, fully furnished rooms, or even rough sketches and floor plans. The AI works best with clear, well-lit photos taken at eye level.

We support JPG, PNG, and WebP formats. For best results, upload images at least 1024×768 pixels. The maximum file size is 25 MB per image. Finished designs can be exported in 4K resolution — 10 credits per export.

On average, 27 seconds from upload to a fully-staged result. Generation time may vary slightly depending on server load and image complexity.

Every piece of furniture in your AI-generated design — sofas, lamps, rugs, tables, and more — is tagged with a clickable hotspot. Click any item to see the real product name, price, and retailer, then follow the link to purchase directly.

We link to products from Amazon, Wayfair, IKEA and 100+ trusted retailers. The retailer list is continuously expanding to give you more options.

Prices are pulled directly from the retailer at the time of generation. However, retailer prices can change — always verify the final price on the retailer's site before purchasing.

No. Astage redirects you to the retailer's website to complete your purchase. We don't handle transactions directly — this ensures you get the retailer's full return policy, warranty, and customer support.

If a linked product goes out of stock, you can use the One-Click Furniture Swap feature to find a similar alternative from another retailer. Our product database is updated regularly.

Style Extraction is a feature that lets you upload a reference image — a room you saw on Pinterest, a magazine photo, or a designer's portfolio — and our AI extracts the color palette, textures, lighting, and furniture preferences to create a reusable style profile.

Upload a reference image, wait about 5 seconds for the AI to analyze it, then upload your client's room photo and apply the extracted style. The AI generates a new design that matches the reference aesthetic.

Style Extraction is currently available on the Standard plan ($19.99/month) and above, as a beta feature. We're actively improving it based on designer feedback.

Yes. Once you extract a style, it's saved to your style library. Interior designers can apply their signature style to every client room without re-uploading the reference each time.

Credits are the currency used to generate designs. Each design generation consumes a set number of credits. Your monthly credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Free accounts get 5 credits; paid plans range from 200 to 1,500 credits per month.

No. Credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. This keeps our pricing sustainable while encouraging you to use your designs each month.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Yes. If you haven't used any of your subscription credits, contact support for a full refund. However, once any subscription credits have been used, the subscription becomes non-refundable. See our Terms of Service for full details.

Yes. For studios, agencies, and furniture brands needing higher volumes or custom integrations, contact our sales team for tailored pricing. The Pro plan ($49.99/month) already includes API access for standard integration needs.

Yes. AI-generated staging images can be used on MLS and most real estate platforms. We recommend disclosing that the images are virtually staged, as required by some MLS boards. Always check your local MLS guidelines.

You do. All designs generated from your uploaded photos belong to you. We don't claim ownership of your content. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.

Yes. Your uploaded photos and generated designs are private to your account. We don't use your personal room photos for marketing or share them with third parties without your consent.

Free and Basic plan users can reach us via email at support@astage.ai. Standard plan users get priority support with faster response times. Pro plan users have a dedicated support channel. Most inquiries are answered within 24 hours.

Go to Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your account reverts to the free tier. No phone calls or emails required.
